Jodie Dalziel

Jodie has worked as a veterinary nurse for 20 years, the last 6 at Frankston Heights. Jodie is the senior nurse in our out-patient team at reception and in consultations. She will often be the one welcoming our clients, and performing nurse consultations.

Jodie is married with 3 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Felicity Brown

Felicity joined Frankston Heights in 2005 and has worked as a
veterinary nurse in all areas of the practice. She is currently working occasional shifts for us while she trains to be a human nurse too!

She owns a cat - Floss - a real character - and is currently
baby-sitting both her parents' and her brother's dogs while they are overseas!

Donna Flannigan

Donna joined the team at Frankston Heights in January 2008 and enjoys her role as Practice Administrator. She began nursing in 1996 and has qualifications in both veterinary nursing and business management.

Donna loves to get outdoors on the weekends with her husband, two daughters and their very active border collie Miley. She also has two cats (Scout and Tallulah Pansy) who prefer to stay home and sleep on the couch!

Bronwyn Wade

Bron has been a vet nurse since 2005 and at Frankston Heights since 2007. Her main area of the clinic is front of house/reception.

 She is also one of the Puppy School Team along with Rosie, Emma and Felicity. She lives at home with her husband, two dogs (Tommy and Grohly) and her Siamese cat Lily.

Rosie Gubbels

Rosie has been with FHVC since 2007.
She has her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing and has just completed her Diploma of Surgical Nursing. Rosie works in all areas of the clinic, but has a special interest in Radiographic Imaging, anaesthetic monitoring and patient care. She leads the nursing team in the Surgical facility.

Rosie also runs our puppy pre-school classes and is our social
convenor! She currently lives locally with her 3 year old Mastiff Cross Lolly!

Claire Freese

Claire has been nursing at Frankston Heights for nearly 10 years.
She is presently on maternity leave - caring for her gorgeous daughter Maddy.

Sonia Makrygiannakis

Sonia is our main receptionist at Frankston Heights, and joined the team after working previously in administration and customer service roles outside the veterinary industry.

Sonia's big smile, and caring and calm manner have made her an integral part of our front of house team. She has a Staffie (Ada) and loves to dance, and travel.

Sonia is at present on sick leave but we look forward to welcoming her back before too long.

Fiona Crone

Fiona joined FHVC in 2004. Devoting most her time initially to Puppy Pre School, Fiona now works in all areas of the clinic.

Emma Tietjen

Emma qualified with a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing from Massey University, New Zealand in 2003. 

She worked in a mixed practice in NZ for 4 years before heading off overseas to Ireland. She spent almost a year locum-nursing at the Dublin Universtity Vet Hospital, mainly in the equine department.

Emma has been at Frankston Heights since August 2010 where she works in all areas of the clinic but mainly in surgery. She is also part of our Puppy Preschool team.

Emma hasn't got any pets of her own however is very close to her canine 'niece and nephew' - Bruiser, a Bull Mastiff, and Tippi, a St Bernard x Mastiff. Back in NZ she has 2 cats, Barney and Bumble and a Jack Russell, Tobi. 

Audrey Wall

Audrey has been vet nursing since 2007, and has been with us at Frankston Heights since October 2010. She works in all areas of the clinic. Her animals include Tyson the kelpie, a naughty cat Ralph, and Bogart her horse. Also her parents 3 cavalier king charles spaniels Flick, Whoopie and Leila. Audrey rides horses competitively and has a dream to one day complete at the Olympics. Watch this space!
